Welcome to Year 2

Welcome to Year 2. We hope you have had a fantastic summer and are ready for an exciting year of learning. We are looking forward to getting to know you all better and getting started with the new term.

Things to remember:

Please bring your book bag to school each day with your reading book inside and a water bottle with your name on it.

PE days for both classes are Mondays (outdoor) and Thursdays (indoor). On these days, you should come into school wearing your PE kit with the approrpiate footwear. Full school uniform should be worn on all other days.

If you have any questions, then please ask one of us (Miss Lipiak and Mrs Spencer).

Reading

Regular reading is so important. Please have a look at the Year 2 Reading Spine which shows you some of the books and authors recommended for Year 2 readers.
